WHO ARE WE

For the past 15 years, You Roll Girl Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, has been dedicated to empowering women with physical disabilities through support, job training, employment opportunities, financial assistance, and community involvement.

To help sustain our mission, we created SoHo Charity Guild Shop, a volunteer-driven thrift store operated by both disabled and able-bodied community members. Every donation, purchase, and volunteer hour helps create opportunities for women who are too often overlooked in the workforce.

Our vision is simple: disability should never define a person’s potential. We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to work, contribute, and thrive. By providing meaningful employment, training, and a supportive community, we help women build confidence, independence, and purpose.

We know that lasting change happens when people come together. Volunteers, donors, shoppers, and community partners all play an essential role in helping us create brighter futures. Together, we are proving that inclusion is more than an idea—it’s an investment in stronger communities where everyone has the chance to succeed and give back.
