🦷 TEEF OUT TUESDAY WITH TRAVIS!🦷

Travis here… and I have a question. Does Teef Out Tuesday work? Because apparently my FOMO has decided I need to have my picture taken AGAIN. 🙄

Every. Single. Day.

She keeps saying, “Travis, we need to show everyone how amazing you are!” And I’m thinking… Lady, I have been showing them. Where are my people?!😂

So here I am, putting my best teef forward and reminding everyone exactly what they’re missing!

✨ Travis is:

🐾 Handsome as heck

🐾 Sweet and gentle

🐾 Calm and laid-back

🐾 A professional couch potato

🐾 Great with other dogs

🐾 A big fan of kids

🐾 The kind of pug who just wants to hang out with you

🐾 And, most importantly, a total heart of gold

I mean seriously… look at this face.🥹

How does someone NOT want a pug of this stature?! I have the personality, the charm, the teef, AND the lounging skills. What more could you possibly want? 😂

With the kids’ toys, our house is always an obstacle course for poor sweet blind foster Teddy. Or so I thought. When I finished washing dishes and found him in the ball pit I apologized to him for the life he is living here and promised I was looking for a calm home for retirement for him.

Except as soon as I got him out, he went back in and rolled around with absolute joy 😂 so quiet, sweet, independent Teddy has a new hobby and the kids of course thought it was the best.

As our underloved pug inventory grows, so do these pitiful behind bars posts...

This is Althea. She has only been boarding a short time, and is hugging those bars, looking for friends and fortitude.

Althea aims to assimilate 🏠!!

While Althea has roof and grub, she very much needs an *albeit fake* family to show her the ways of a loved pet.

Althea is a calm and confident 8 years old, spayed, and heart worm negative.

Althea has at least a dozen boarder roomies, because we simply do not have enough temporary homes. And... The summer dump is upon us, yet again 😖. Money spent on boarding impacts others we could be helping. This is where you come in!!!

Here are the rough foster requirements:

• Live in the Houston metro area

• Willing to make vet visits to Sugar Land as needed

• Have space on your couch and in your heart

• Dog meals to share

• Try marketing posts; the more the better

• Attend adoption events

*DID YOU KNOW?? If you are a previous local PH adopter, you are automatically approved to foster!!

We provide direction, moral, and medical support. We provide access to a large network of veteran and newer fosters to consult, all hours of the day and night. We provide a detailed and wildly informative Foster Handbook to refer to and guide you. There will be acronyms 🤠.

Please help us by helping Althea!! Our vet is open till 7 Monday-Friday and 8-noon Saturdays.

While Re*****on isn’t a fan of this heat, he loves laying on the patio in front of the back door, so the air-conditioning can blow in his face. Yes, I leave the back door open because why not air-conditioning the backyard for the sake of the pugs!😜 This sweet boy is still searching for his forever family… at 10 years old, Re*****on requires a special diet, prednisone every other day, and eye drops for dry eye. He is the sweetest, most gentle pug you will ever meet! *****on 💙🐾

Mrs. Spencer is sleepy because she woke me up at 7am to wrestle.💪🏻

Full disclosure, this girl is so sweet. She’ll cuddle with you, watch tv (also yells at the tv occasionally). She also has relentless energy that sometimes knocks me on my butt. 💀 Chug doesn’t even bother with her because he thinks she’s insane, and he would be correct. Spencer is a feral, mouthy, toy stealing beast.

But she’s also a sweetheart, learns quickly, a great car rider, actually stops what she’s doing when told no, behaves wonderfully in public settings, gets along great with all of my dogs even if she annoys them and they correct her, and is unquestionably gorgeous.

She is ready and waiting for a home that will help her train to join the WWE.
