Dear Grand Mission Residents,

As a friendly reminder, please take a moment to review the rules and guidelines for the Grand Mission Fitness Center. These guidelines help ensure the gym remains a safe, clean, and enjoyable space for everyone.

Fitness Center Reminders
Age Requirement: Children under the age of 14 are not permitted in the gym at any time.
Proper Footwear: Proper athletic shoes must be worn at all times while using the Fitness Center.
Gym Hours: The Fitness Center is open 7 days a week, from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Be Considerate with Weights: Please do not slam, drop, or intentionally bang weights. Lower weights in a controlled manner to help prevent damage to the equipment and flooring and to minimize noise for nearby residents.
Clean Equipment After Use: Please wipe down and disinfect equipment after each use. Cleaning supplies are provided for your convenience.
We ask that everyone does their part to help maintain the Fitness Center and be respectful of fellow residents. Following these simple guidelines helps ensure that the facility remains available and enjoyable for everyone.

Dear Grand Mission Residents,

With the potential for severe weather associated with the approaching tropical storm, we encourage all residents to take the necessary precautions to protect their families and property.

As a reminder, please consider the following:

Secure or bring indoors any loose outdoor items, including patio furniture, decorations, trash cans, umbrellas, and other items that could become projectiles in strong winds.
Check gutters and storm drains near your property and clear away any debris that could restrict water flow and contribute to flooding.
Review your emergency preparedness plans and make sure you have essential supplies readily available.
Avoid driving through flooded roadways and follow guidance provided by local emergency management officials.
Report common area emergencies to Management as soon as it is safe to do so.
The safety and well-being of our residents is our top priority. We encourage everyone to monitor local weather forecasts and remain aware of any advisories, watches, warnings, or evacuation orders issued by local authorities.

Dear Grand Mission Residents,

We wanted to share an update regarding the Grand Mission pool. We have been made aware that Advanced Aquatics will be providing a gate attendant for the remainder of the pool season.

The gate attendant will be present to help monitor the pool gates, check bags upon entry, and assist the pool staff as needed. This additional presence is intended to help maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all Grand Mission residents and their guests.

We ask that everyone please be courteous and cooperative with the gate attendant and pool staff as they work to help ensure a positive experience for everyone using the pool.

Thank you for your continued cooperation, and we hope you enjoy the remainder of the pool season!

The Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office has seen an increase in incidents involving students on electric scooters. We want everyone to get to and from school safely while sharing the road responsibly with drivers and pedestrians.

For Scooter Riders:

Slow down. Electric scooters can reach high speeds—always ride at a safe and controlled pace.
Stay alert. Be aware of your surroundings at all times and avoid distractions.
Come to a complete stop before crossing. Look both ways and make eye contact with drivers to ensure they see you.
No headphones or loud music. You need to hear what’s happening around you.
Use lights at night. Make sure your scooter has front and rear lights—add them if not already equipped.
Follow pedestrian rules. When riding in areas without bike lanes, obey crosswalks, signals, and all traffic laws.

For Drivers:

Please use extra caution when driving near schools and neighborhoods where students may be riding electric scooters. If an incident occurs, remain at the scene to exchange information and render aid if needed.

Failure to stop, exchange information, and render aid can be a serious offense—especially if injuries occur. FSRA is a third-degree felony if serious injury occurs and a second-degree felony if a fatal injury occurs, under Transportation Code, Chapter 550.

Let’s all do our part to keep Fort Bend County’s roads safe for everyone.

We are looking to redesign the Veterans Wall in the clubhouse, and we would be honored to include your picture as part of this special display.
This is our way of recognizing, honoring, and showing our appreciation for the men and women in our Grand Mission community who have served our country.
