🎉 Happy Birthday to our amazing Special Education teacher, Mr. Sumbillo! 🥳

When he’s not supporting and inspiring students at Memorial, you might find him working out, enjoying the outdoors, cheering on the Houston Rockets and Texans, or adding another sports cap to his collection! 🏀

Thank you for the dedication, care, and encouragement you bring to your students every day. We’re so grateful to have you as part of the Memorial family and hope your birthday is filled with all your favorite things! ✨

Happy Birthday, Mr. Sumbillo! 🥳

Consider this your official sign to put Fall Festival on the family calendar.

Last year brought the games, activities, food, friends, and the kind of kid chaos we actually volunteer for. This year, we’re ready to do it all over again.

And yes, everyone is invited. You do not have to attend Memorial Elementary to join the fun. And yes, it's on September 26th, so that's "technically" Fall 🍂

Bring the kids, text the group chat, invite the neighbors, and come spend a few hours with us.

Unlimited-Play Wristbands are on sale now, so grab yours early and make a plan to join us!

🎉🎂 Happy Birthday to our fantastic Pre-K teacher, Ms. Huerta! 🥳 We appreciate your dedication to nurturing our youngest learners. You create a wonderfully caring and open-minded environment where curiosity and kindness grow hand in hand. 🌟

Thank you for inspiring our students to become inquirers and risk-takers as they begin their educational journey. We’re so grateful for you and wish you the happiest of birthdays! 💐💙

🎉 Happy Birthday to our amazing 4th Grade Dual Language teacher, Mr. Lopez! ✨

When he’s not inspiring young learners in the classroom, you might find him watching sports, hiking, building with LEGOs, or cheering on the University of Houston!

With 15 years of teaching experience, Mr. Lopez brings so much knowledge, dedication, and care to his students every day. 📚

We’re so grateful to have you as part of the Memorial family and hope your birthday is filled with all your favorite things!

Came for the pizza, left with three new mom friends and a group text. 🍕😂

Thank you to everyone who came out for Memorial Spirit Night last night at Via 313 Pizza! We hope you had a great time, ate plenty of pizza, and maybe met a few families you’d actually like to hang out with again.

So… why not make it official and host a Mustang Social together?

Grab a few friends to plan something fun you’d want to do anyway, invite the Memorial community, and turn a good time into a fundraiser for our school.

Movie night, beer tasting, trivia, pickleball, crafting, pool party… if you’ve ever said, “We should totally do this again,” congratulations, you may already have a Social idea.

Want to host one? Reach out to the PTO and let’s make it happen! Fill out the interest form at: https://shorturl.at/rj5fJ
