NO LONGER BEING QUIET…….
2 years ago I started counseling a sweet little girl whose mom was murdered right in front of her at the tender age of 3. As you can only imagine the child grew up being haunted by what she witnessed. If that wasn’t enough her biological father was raising her and let’s just say that some things happened that shouldnt have. Thats when the aunt winded up getting temporary custody of the child. The judge ordered that the aunt get counseling for the little girl and so she reached out to me and sure enough I started counseling her. When I got the child, at the age of 8, she wouldn’t talk, she would just come sit in my office and stare…… as you can ONLY IMAGINE, she was traumatized, However, after consistently working with her I was able to get her life on track and she literally started opening up and expressing herself. Fast forward to last year and let’s just say the dad TRIED to get her back…..needless to say he (and this crazy boy that lives with him) wanted her back for all the wrong reasons and so quite naturally I fought extremely hard to ensure this child’s VOICE was heard by the courts. THE JUDGE DID NOT GRANT THE DAD CUSTODY based off mine and the mediator’s recommendation!!!
Since then he (and/or this crazy dude that lives with him) have consistently harassed me, stalked my social media pages, created 900 different fake pages just to follow me and repost my post trying to disdain my business. Mind you I must have some accrediation being that the Judge accepted my recommendation.
The fact is, I will FOREVER work hard to ensure that ALL children’s voices are heard and that NO ONE hurts or harms our children!!!!!
That said, this insane person hasn’t stopped at anything to try and bring attention to my business…..(which has actually helped my business grow if I can be honest)!
So when you guys see my post being re-shared on yet ANOTHER fake page of theirs just know they’re at it again. Yep, I have filed a police report because stalking & harrasment is a crime in Texas.
As I await for them to be charged and convicted just know that I would counsel that sweet little girl a millions times more just to see her smiling today and living a life FREE OF TRAUMA!!!! She’s living a great life today and that’s all that matters.
