When you purchase a ticket or table for the Halo House 2026 Legacy of Hope Luncheon, you are directly providing housing for blood cancer patients traveling to Houston for life-saving treatment:

🏠 1 Individual Ticket = 5 nights of housing for a patient and caregiver

🏠 1 Table Purchase = 22 nights of housing + 2 seats reserved for a patient and caregiver to join us as our guests

Alcira, our dedicated Halo House Housekeeper, celebrated her 7-year work anniversary with us last week! She has been with Halo House since we opened our doors in 2019, working tirelessly behind the scenes every single day.

For blood cancer patients receiving treatment at the Texas Medical Center, having a pristine, sanitized environment isn't just about comfort, it's essential for safe healing. Alcira’s attention to detail and warm heart give our residents peace of mind when they need it most.

It’s been an unforgettable, joy-filled week here at Halo House! 🔔✨

We had TWICE the reason to celebrate as two of our courageous residents, Shufang and David, rang the victory bell! Watching our residents hit these major milestones and step into their next chapter is the heart and soul of everything we do.

A double milestone calls for a proper celebration, so our Halo House family gathered for a full evening of fun! We hosted a lively round of BINGO (with some incredible prizes up for grabs!) and enjoyed delicious pizza generously provided by our friends at Pepperoni's Pizza, Montrose. 🍕🏆

Behind every bell ringing is a story of strength, resilience, and the power of having a home away from home during treatment.

🔔 He’s ringing the bell! Brian is going home to his baby boy in Miami.

This beautiful moment is exactly why Halo House exists. Dr. Nathan Fowler’s vision has always been to treat the whole patient, not just their illness, by removing the crushing financial burden of medical housing so families can focus entirely on healing.

Cancer is hard enough, housing shouldn't be. You can help keep these success stories happening. Every ticket purchased for our 2026 A Legacy of Hope Luncheon directly helps maintain our $25/day patient housing average. These kits are the very first step in connecting blood cancer patients with their matching, life-saving bone marrow or stem cell donors.
