The Health Care Compact (HCC) empowers citizens by allowing states to create the health care system they choose, from a government single-payer system to a market-based system, or a customized hybrid. HCC is being introduced for passage in a number of state legislatures in 2011. Follow its progress here, and join the movement to let citizens control the health care system they want.
