Introducing Home 4 the Arts™, an innovative new program, created to support Houston’s performing arts community. Now you have the opportunity to make a substantial contribution to one or more of Houston’s resident performing arts companies without writing a check. When you select Diane Moser Properties to represent you in the purchase or sale of your home, upon closing and funding, we will donate twenty percent (20%) of our commission to the organizations of your choice. The donation will be made in your honor, with all the recognition and donor benefits commensurate with the level of the gift assigned to you and your family.
Example: On the purchase of a $600,000 home, offering a 3% commission, the gift would be $3,600. This contribution would bring Patron’s Circle benefits from Houston Grand Opera, Grand Patron recognition with Houston Symphony, Center Stage membership at Alley Theatre or membership for two as Houston Ballet Ambassadors. These giving levels come with a variety of benefits including valet parking, patron lounge privileges, private recitals, backstage tours and published recognition. You select the organization and we make the gift.
