We’re excited to welcome our students and families back for another session focused on building confidence, strengthening communication, and creating meaningful connections with peers.

Our Heights Young Adults recently put their social skills into action during an outing to Chipotle!

From ordering meals and interacting with restaurant staff to enjoying conversations with friends, these everyday experiences provide valuable opportunities to practice communication, build confidence, and grow more comfortable navigating the community.

Each experience is another step toward greater confidence, connection, and independence—all while forming meaningful friendships along the way.

A heartfelt thank you to our community partners, Texas ABA Centers, BELFOR Property Restoration, Pool Guard, and Precious Baby Protectors, for helping make Spectrum, Splash & Safety Day such a meaningful event! 💙

Their support and resources helped create a valuable experience for autistic children and their families while reinforcing the importance of water safety and preparedness.

We are grateful for each organization that joined us and contributed to the success of the day!

What a day we had at our Spectrum, Splash & Safety Day! It was incredible seeing so many families come together for a day of learning, fun, and connection centered around water safety awareness for autistic children and their families.

With drowning remaining one of the leading safety concerns for children on the autism spectrum, events like this are so important as they help increase awareness, provide practical water safety strategies, and give children opportunities to build comfort and confidence in and around the water.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the day such a meaningful success, especially our partners at Village Fire Department and Dad's Club Aquatics for helping make this event possible!

Spring Branch Tweens recently wrapped up another great session with an end-of-session celebration filled with games, snacks, and plenty of smiles and laughter!

With our usual space unavailable, Goodcents was kind enough to open its doors and let us use the space for a recent game night in Katy!

Even with a change of scenery, the fun didn’t stop. Our Thursday night Young Adults enjoyed an evening of friendly competition, good food, and great conversation while building friendships and practicing social skills.

A big thank you to Goodcents for your hospitality and generosity!

The Genuine Cup is bringing more than 1,000 athletes with intellectual and developmental disabilities and autism from around the world to Houston starting July 27 for a week celebrating competition, connection, and community. The tournament is creating opportunities for athletes to showcase their talents while increasing visibility and creating meaningful opportunities through sport.
