Our goal and mission are firmly planted in laying the right foundation and instilling strong principles with effective strategies built on mentorship to engage, inspire and motivate these potential leaders. Our Motto is: Inspiring Minds… Motivating a Nation. The Way Foundation caters to a uniquely diverse group of stakeholders encompassing a vast contrast of backgrounds from the poor, neglected and abject to the wealthy but misguided or those lacking focus. We touch the lives both young people and women ranging from the critical age of early childhood to the elderly although our prime key focus is aged 16 to 36. Our Organization not only creates entrepreneurs and leaders who desire and hunger to be motivated but supports those already existing who need a bit of a boost or reorientation, ensuring that they are empowered, inspired and properly mentored thus positioning them to excel in their specific skill set, roles and leadership spheres while building confidence and capacity.
