Specifically, HACE provides the following programs and services:

Job matching services that meet the needs of both Latino professionals and businesses. Leadership and professional development programs with high school and college students, women, and entry- to mid-career professionals. Mentoring and coaching for students and professionals. Research, advocacy, and thought leadership on issues such as employment opportunities, diversity, economic stability, Latina leadership, and access to higher education.
