September 11, 2001.

We remember those we lost, those who ran toward the danger, and every Veteran and First Responder who answered the call in the years that followed.

We remember. We honor. We will never forget.

We become for others who we once needed someone to be for us.

We show up. We listen. We notice. We understand. We make people feel safe when they’re struggling.

That’s what service-minded people do.

But even the strongest among us need somewhere to set the weight down. We need people who pour into us, who genuinely care, who notice when we’re not okay, and who understand without needing an explanation.

Come to the ranch. Be around people who care. Veteran operated. No cost. Come as you are.

Who is your partner?

The right partner walks beside you, builds trust, and helps you find strength you didn’t know you had.

At Sunny Creek Ranch, sometimes that partner has four legs.

The lead mare carries the weight of the herd.

She protects. She guides. She stays alert so everyone else can feel safe.

Many who come to Sunny Creek Ranch have lived that same role for years.

Even the strongest leaders deserve a place to lay down the weight they carry.

🤍 Healing starts here.

A huge thank you to Taylor for setting up the misters for our sweet Cheyenne!

Texas summers are no joke, and Cheyenne struggles with the heat now that she’s older. Thanks to Taylor’s thoughtfulness and hard work, she now has a much cooler and more comfortable place to escape the summer temperatures.

It’s the little acts of kindness like this that make such a big difference in the lives of our horses. We are so grateful for your help and for always looking out for our four-legged team members. Thank you, Taylor! ☀️
