Heres the chili recipe (or atleast a damn close copycat) from a restaurant I loved.

1 lb ground beef (80/20)
2 cups water
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons dried onion flakes
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon paprika
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons cumin
½ teaspoon ground cloves
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
3-5 saltine crackers(crushed fine)

Bring entire mixture to a boil, then turn heat down and simmer for an hour (or longer) until the correct consistency is reached.

Take off boil and add ground saltines.
