LEAD Ministry

LEAD Ministry Connecting leaders with each other and congregations with their neighbors. LEAD believes that everyone and every congregation can grow.

LEAD understands growth as a choice that is motivated by the Holy Spirit stirring up communities through the actions of passionate leaders who have heard a call to serve and are responding by growing themselves and others for the sake of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Built around The Disciple Frame of loving God with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength, and neighbor as ourselves (Mark 12:29-31). LEAD exists to grow leaders with a deep, bold, consequential faith in Jesus Christ.

TODAY on The Daily LEAD podcast - In this episode we explore one of the greatest challenges leaders face: bring misunderstood. Bob Iger writes about the temptation to get caught up in the rumors, criticism, and opinions of others. For pastors and deacons and nonprofit leaders this is especially real. Leaders often find themselves carrying the weight of the perceptions of others.

This episode explores how leaders can stay focused on their mission, avoid the trap of defensiveness, and develop the resilience to lead well. Listen NOW on your favorite platform or at leadconnects.org/podcast/
