As the Grand Champion of the 2025 HLSR World Championship BBQ Cookoff, we were invited to cook at The Jack this weekend. For those that don’t know, The Jack is an invitation-only, international BBQ Cookoff in Lynchburg, TN hosted by Jack Daniels Whiskey. It is truly an honor (and bucket list item) for us here at Always Able But Confused to participate. Y’all send us all the good vibes and positive energy as we not only compete with almost 90 of the greatest cookers in the world. Award Ceremony is Saturday…we’ll keep you posted!

We went to Watermelon Fest, but we’re going to deflect on how that went (🫠) and just focus on being presented this gem while we were in town. Huge shout out to Always Able But Confused Cookers for surprising us…now we can say we left Hempstead with some hardware.
