We lost a good one last week. It’s safe to say that Justice Kristin Guiney’s favorite job was being a STAR Drug Court judge. She did it so well: with compassion, love and strength. The Justice Forward team, her clients and all of the countless people she helped will miss her dearly.

We are proud to add this successful court to our roster of Fort Bend County Treatment Courts we support with essential services. Thank you Judge Hrbacek and court team for your life changing work!

Yesterday evening, we proudly recognized another outstanding class of DWI Court graduates at the Fort Bend County Justice Center.
These thirteen men and women successfully completed a demanding program focused on accountability, intensive treatment, and personal transformation. Through hard work and commitment, they are reclaiming their lives with sobriety and renewed responsibility. Their success makes our roads safer and strengthens families and our entire community.
A heartfelt congratulations to every graduate and their proud families. Moments like these remind us what justice done right truly looks like.
