ποΈ In Loving Memory of Mrs. Cynthia Barela
It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that the East Aldine Civic Association announces the passing of our dear friend, fellow board member, and community servant, Mrs. Cynthia Barela.
Cynthia served our association as Assistant Secretary and was a dedicated member of our board. She cared deeply about her community and was a tireless volunteer and advocate for her neighbors in Oakwilde and throughout East Aldine.
Beyond her service to our community, Cynthia was a devoted member and servant of St. Leoβs Catholic Church, where she gave many years of her time, love, and service. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, cousin, and friend whose kindness and caring spirit touched so many lives.
Cynthia was more than a board member. She was someone who genuinely cared about people and believed in giving back to the community she called home. Her presence, friendship, and commitment to others will be deeply missed by our entire EACA board, our members, and the many people throughout East Aldine who had the privilege of knowing her.
We ask that you please join us in lifting Cynthiaβs family, friends, and loved ones in prayer during this incredibly difficult time. May God grant them comfort, strength, and peace, and may Cynthia rest eternally in His loving embrace.
π―οΈ Rest in peace, Cynthia. Thank you for your service, your friendship, and the love you gave to our community. You will never be forgotten.
We will share information regarding funeral and memorial services as it becomes available.
With deepest sympathy,
The East Aldine Civic Association Board of Directors
