An Era Has Ended. They lovingly call him Mr.
Sidney, and he served as president on the Hambledon HOA Board for 20 years.
He has resigned/retired, effective May 15, 2026.

Just a few of his achievements
include sustaining the lowest HOA annual-fees in this area, providing the
lowest crime-statistics in this area, lowering MUD taxes every year, providing
free swimming-lessons for kids and much more in his body-of-work, Let's give
thanks and wish Mr. Anthony Sidney all the best in his retirement from decades of community service. ♥️🇺🇸

Pool closes for the season at the end of Labor Day, 9.2.24 - 08:00 PM.

Trash Services will be rolling on Labor Day.

Your N.W. MUD 22 BoD are pleased with the services we were able to deliver to our rate-payers during Hurricane Beryl.
On July 8, 2024, Hurricane Beryl hit the Houston Area with high winds and rain. The effects of the hurricane included widespread power outages. The water and wastewater facilities lost power during the storm and did not get power back until July 14, 2024. During this seven-day period, the District’s facilities operated on generator power and kept safe water supplied to the residents and ensured that wastewater was properly treated to prevent environmental damage. At no time was the District’s water supply endangered or unsafe. H2O Innovations executed its emergency operating plans which resulted in little to no impact to water and waste-water delivery services to the district, during the hurricane-event.
Many thanks to H2O and the NW MUD 22 BoD for their hard work and outstanding efforts to keep the waters flowing during this extended power-outage.
Often, we take this for granted until the faucets run-dry & the toilets don't flush!

The 2024 Hambledon Pool Season has been a good-success!
The pool has been well maintained and many families and kids have had a splashing good time swimming and learning how to swim!
Our lifeguards are well-focused on water-safety.
We strive to create a family-friendly environment where homeowners have a place to kool-out and chill on very hot summer-days.
Pool season ends on LaborDayHoliday; closes for the season at the end of LaborDayMonday.
