Houston Area Roofing Contractors Association - HARCA We are the Houston Area Roofing Contractors Association (HARCA) a regional Chapter of the Roofing Contractors Association of Texas (RCAT).

This group of professionals collectively represents the roofing industry in Houston and surrounding areas. The Houston Area Roofing Contractors Association (HARCA) is a regional Chapter of the Roofing Contractors Association of Texas (RCAT). This group of professionals collectively represents the voice of the roofing and waterproofing industry in the Houston and surrounding areas. Our mission is to help members operate successfully by providing regular continuing education, networking opportunities and a forum for government relations. We are also committed to a solid consumer awareness and public relations program for the roofing industry. Established in 1975, the Roofing Contractors of Texas Association is a nonprofit education organization that serves and represents the voice of the professional roofing and waterproofing industry in Texas. HARCA Project Highlight: Nailed It Roofing Pros🏠

Nailed It Roofing Pros recently completed this 105-square roofing project featuring a black roofing system across multiple steep-slope roof sections.

The roof included four 12/12 pitch gables, additional 8/12 pitch areas, and remaining sections at 6/12 pitch, requiring careful planning, professional installation, and strong jobsite coordination.

Their team delivered a complete roofing solution, including project management, material procurement, professional installation, daily cleanup, and quality control.

All work was completed safely and efficiently in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards, giving the client a clean final result and a 10-year workmanship warranty for added long-term value.

Congratulations to Corey Construction Residential Roofing for earning HARCA’s Outstanding Single Ply Project award for the Ricks Single Ply project.

This high-end residential project combined single-ply roofing, waterproofing, custom metal work, and architectural design into one fully integrated system.

Project highlights included:
🏠 Fully adhered GAF 80-mil gray TPO membrane over DensDeck
💧 Tapered ISO insulation designed for proper drainage
🪨 60 tons of Black River Rock ballast for durability and aesthetics
🛠️ Custom metal work, including drains, downspouts, gutters, wall panels, accents, and coping
🏗️ Careful coordination across multiple trades to keep the structure dry throughout construction

From temporary drainage planning to crane lifts and ballast loading, this project required advanced coordination, strict safety planning, and exceptional craftsmanship.
