Got some bad news and some Good News!

Bad News First
Unfortunately we are cancelling this weekend's Heroes on the Water Matagorda event this Saturday due to forecasted high winds (15 sustaining and gusts up to 30). We thought about postponing the event to next weekend but there are several people who already have plans for next weekend.

And now The Good News!
I hope that you all have a wonderful Easter, celebrating Jesus Christ's resurrection. The empty tomb stands as a powerful symbol of hope and victory, proclaiming the triumph of life over death and the promise of eternal salvation. If you want to talk about Jesus and what it means to accept him into your life, I'd love to do that with you!

Goodmorning everyone, we hope everyone is safe after hurricane Beryl!

Our next HOW event is coming up here July 20th and we’d love to see our veterans, first responders, and their families come out and enjoy a wonderful day on the water. We also cook lunch afterwards as well!

Our organization takes veterans, first responders, and their family members out kayaking fishing and our volunteers make sure you’re safe as well!
