"Thanksgiving Feast For Seniors" 2017
Now Serving Grimes, Harris, and Madison Counties


It's that time of year again. This Thanksgiving Holiday, we will be providing Turkeys to Seniors in the community. Deliveries will be made on November 20 thru 22. Many area Seniors not only spend their holidays alone but often times at the end of the month, they have very little to eat. The value of our area seniors is endless.Consider the retired teacher that has contributed to society with his/her knowledge, or the retired veteran who fought for our country and came home without a leg or an arm. They have served us well. Let us stand together and show our appreciation this year. For more information on how you can help or if you know a senior in need. Please contact us at [email protected]

Every Christian needs to be in prayer for our nation today.

The U.S. Supreme Court ruled Friday that same-sex marriage is a constitutional right throughout the country, a historic victory for gay rights advocates.

This decision, which strikes down bans against gay marriage that had previously existed in 14 states, comes after decades of protest and litigation on behalf of g**s and le****ns.

How great is the love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are! –1 John 3:1

And what is the message all of this verse? You have a heavenly Father who:

Loves you.
is strong enough to protect you.
is engaged enough to teach you.
is tender enough to hug you.
is wise enough to guide you.

A prayer for focus: Father, Your Word admonishes us to “Contend for the faith that was entrusted to the saints.” Fix our eyes on Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of our faith, who set His eyes on the throne of God In the meantime sustain us through Your mercy, grow our faith, and help us to take as many as possible with us to our eternal home in heaven. In Jesus name we pray. Amen

Many Thanks to all those you assisted us during this most worthy cause!!! On Sat March 9th Rise In Faith Foundation in a collaboration with Lakeview Baptist Church provided a FREE Fish Meal to area seniors in need.
