Today we had the honor of presenting a gift to Dos Vaqueros Feed Store, owners Romney and Alisha De Leon, to show just how much we appreciate everything they have done for Mid Chambers 4-H this year.

Their generosity in providing dinner for our monthly meetings this year and continued showing up to support our kids has meant more than words can say. It’s support like theirs that helps bring our group together and makes our meetings feel like family.

We are truly thankful for your kindness, friendship, and continued support of our kids and community. Thank you, Dos Vaqueros, for always taking care of us and standing behind Mid Chambers 4-H.

🍀 Mid Chambers 4-H Club Meeting 🍀

Join us this Sunday, May 17th at 4:00 PM at the Hankamer Community Building!

We will be:
🍕 pizza for dinner
🗳 Voting for our 2026–2027 club officers

If you plan to attend, please RSVP so we can make sure we have enough food for everyone.

All 4-H members entering grades 3–12 are eligible to run for an officer position. We encourage everyone interested to review the officer responsibilities before the meeting using the handbook below:

You still have time to support all our exhibitors with an add on!

📣 What’s Next at YPS?

We’ve wrapped up an incredible week, and now the behind-the-scenes work begins!

Many of you may be wondering what happens over the next few weeks, so here’s a quick update:

👉 Our team is still set up at White Memorial Park working hard to enter all sale, Barn Book, and add-on data from this past weekend.

🗓️ We’ll be on-site Monday through Thursday for the next two weeks
⏰ 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM & 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

💛 Add-Ons
We will continue accepting add-ons through May 15. Our goal is to maximize every dollar possible for these kids, so it’s not too late to support an exhibitor!

📊 What happens next?
Once data entry is complete, everything will be submitted to the Auditor for review to ensure accuracy.

✉️ Thank You Notes
Exhibitors can expect their thank you note lists no later than mid-June.

💵 Checks
Checks will follow approximately one month after that (if not sooner).

We appreciate everyone’s patience as we work through this important process—and we can’t say it enough…

Reminder exhibit hall check in is tomorrow

We’re getting close, and that means Exhibit Hall entries are coming together! From art and photography to foods, crafts, and more — our exhibitors are putting the finishing touches on projects they’ve worked hard on all year. 💛
