A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our GenNow Network Happy Hour at Heights Hideaway!

It was a fantastic evening of connecting with fellow young professionals, welcoming new faces, and celebrating our shared commitment to the mission of the The American Cancer Society .

Special thanks to Heights Hideaway for hosting us and to owners Tashi Garcia and Rebecca Garcia for their incredible hospitality and support. We are so grateful for community partners like you who help bring people together for a great cause.

A big shoutout as well to our amazing bartenders, Adam Estupinan Jr. and 💯 for keeping the drinks flowing and taking such great care of our group all evening!

We loved spending the evening with all of you and can’t wait to see you at our next GenNow event!

What a wonderful kickoff to our 5th Annual Shuck Cancer season! 🦪

Our Pearl Honoree Meet & Greet gave this incredible group their first opportunity to connect, learn more about Shuck Cancer and the mission of the American Cancer Society, and begin building what is sure to be a special year together. The warmth, energy, and camaraderie in the room were truly inspiring.

A heartfelt thank you to Hotel Granduca for graciously hosting such a beautiful evening. The beautiful setting made for a truly memorable evening and the perfect kickoff to the season ahead.

We are so excited to celebrate our 5th year alongside this amazing class of Pearl Honorees!

Proud to share that Shuck Cancer Houston has been recognized with Third Place in Revenue Growth for Culinary Events in 2025 from the American Cancer Society!

This recognition is a reflection of the collaboration, innovation, and dedication that fueled every part of this event. A heartfelt thank you to our wonderful chairs Disney Harris and Whitney Lawson, GenNow President Mari Gray and to the incredible volunteers whose time, talent, and passion helped bring our vision to life.

Achievements like this are never accomplished by one person alone, they are built by teams who care deeply about the mission and are willing to go above and beyond to make an impact. We are so grateful to everyone who played a role in making Shuck Cancer such a meaningful success.

Thank you to all who attended, supported, partnered with us, and championed the mission along the way. Your support continues to inspire what’s possible.
