This week is Teacher Appreciation Week!

PTO is celebrating teachers throughout the month of May. This week we had Cinco de Mayo pan dulce and next week we will have lunch!

Please contribute to help us keep the celebration going! We would love to provide snacks, drinks and treats for them throughout May and into testing weeks!

MPVA Used Uniform Donation (&Sale!)

Starting next year, the uniform policy is changing. We know it’s a big shift, and PTO wants to support the community by hosting a donation drive and sale to make it as easy and affordable as possible.

Used Uniform Donations
We will be taking used t-shirts, polos, booster club shirts and hoodies of all colors and sizes. We just ask they be in gently used condition and clean.

Drop-off in Donation Box in Ms. Deleon’s Office (main office) starting Monday, May 4 through end of school year.
And outside the auditorium for all end of year magnet events:

5/5 - mariachi
5/7 - musical theatre
5/11- Band
5/12- Band
5/14 - guitar
5/15 - vocal concert
5/20 - PTO meeting (library)
5/22 - NJHS and orchestra
5/28 - orchestra

Used Uniform Sales
We will have 2-3 sales over the summer (late June, late July and Greyhound camp) where you can buy shirts for $2 and hoodies for $5 within dress code. Dates TBD so watch your email and social media.

*surcharge on credit card sales, cash encouraged!

Attention 8th Grade Parents!!!

This is a final reminder to submit payment for the 8th Grade Package.

All payments must be received by 11:59 PM on April 25th. Any payments received after this deadline will result in the student NOT attending the 8th grade field trip to Andretti’s.

Please note, even if a student is unable to attend the field trip, they will still receive and participate in the following:

• Class t-shirt (distributed 4/13)
• Class photo (taken 4/13)
•Yearbook
•All Fun Friday events
•8th grade dance
