🌿 Fresh From the Oasis Gardens — Grown With Love, Shared With Purpose 🌿

This beautiful array of fresh produce was harvested this morning from the Oasis Gardens of the Living Legacy Center and is already on its way to bless families through Cypress Assistance Ministries. Every leaf, every tomato, every pepper represents the hard work, generosity, and community spirit that makes The Living Legacy Center so special.

🌱 Fresh From the Oasis Gardens — And Straight to a Family in Need 🌱

There’s something truly special about seeing a beautiful array of produce harvested right here in the Oasis Gardens of the Living Legacy Center. Today, that fresh, homegrown goodness was donated to Cypress Assistance Ministries, where it will go directly to a family in our community facing food insecurity.

Knowing that these vegetables were grown with love, harvested by caring hands, and delivered to a neighbor who needs them — that’s the kind of good feeling that reminds us why this garden exists in the first place.

But this impact doesn’t happen on its own.

We rely on volunteers to help us plant, tend, harvest, and deliver produce to families who might otherwise go without. If you’ve ever wanted to make a meaningful difference in a simple, hands‑on way, we would love to have you join us.

Every time I take a stroll through the Oasis Gardens of the Living Legacy Center, I’m overcome with pride, joy, and—most of all—gratitude. What once began as a vision has become a peaceful, beautiful space that our entire community can enjoy.

Thanks to the hard work, dedication, and heart poured in by H-E-B, Good Deeds Day and Orduña Development, our gardens are now a place where neighbors gather, families relax, and visitors find a moment of calm in their day. Their commitment to helping us bring this space to life is something we will never forget.
