We aren't just supposed to listen to or hear God's Word; it doesn't end there. We are to apply the word of God in our lives as well. The more we learn about God and His character, we are to apply what we have learned in our lives. God doesn't expect us to just be hearers of the word, remaining idle in our ways. The Godly life is about being active. We must be conscious of the transformation occurring in us, and when we are required to do our part, we shouldn't hesitate in doing it.

The day we choose to worship God is not of time-or-day importance. There are some believers who believe the official day of worship should be Sunday, while other believers believe it should be Saturday. What matters to God the most is that we come together as believers to worship Him, regardless of the day. We must also remember that our worship and communing with God should be on a daily basis, not just on one day.

Jesus was the "corn of wheat" that died that he might bring forth much fruit to God, bringing many sons to glory. But believers can also be like him in this. First, because "the blood of the martyrs is the seed of the Covenant. " But second, because when we die to self and live for God, it can be used of God in winning souls for him.
