Zuri Gifts had the opportunity to partner with Unique Impact Community Services to provide menstrual items to their clients. This organization provides meals, clothing and hygiene items to people experiencing homelessness.

Zuri Gifts is so grateful this holiday season. A big special thanks to our volunteers who had a Christmas pack and party. Thank you to our donor who gifted us our own banner and tablecloth.

We are officially wrapped up for 2025. We have exceeded our goal once again! Thank you to everyone who accepted our donations, donated, and volunteered with us this year, and we look forward to 2026.

Our last donation of 2025 went to HBB to support the amazing work they are doing in Houston. This organization meets the needs of those without housing, where they are to provide resources for their spiritual, emotional, and physical needs. Knowing Your Worth Inc. and Zuri Gifts teamed up to support families for our 2025 Community Give Back. We were able to provide necessities to two families in the Houston area this month. We are grateful for everyone who shared our message and connected us with the recipients.

A big thanks to our Kentucky board member for managing our donation to LDG Development in Louisville. This donation supported residents in affordable housing. While some states have opted to exempt the pink tax on menstrual items, many have not. Adding to the inaccessibility of menstrual items for individuals already impacted by rising costs. At Zuri Gifts, we continue to promote awareness of period poverty until its reduction turns into eradication.

Knowing Your Worth and Zuri Gifts are both dedicated to providing direct support to those in need within our communities. This weekend, we donated 150 Zuri Gift bags with in celebration of International Day of the Girl Child. Our bags went to support the Girl's Inc. Summit.

Period poverty impacts 20% of girls internationally, limiting their access to education. Zuri Gifts continues championing the reduction of period poverty until it is eradicated.
