The Abundant Life way of counseling is Holistic in nature, we consider the whole person - body, mind, Spirit and emotions for optimal result.

Our therapeutic intervention involves the integration of Biblical truths with tested and proven psychological principles and Spirit-empowered to help people live in the freedom and abundant life Christ provided for us.

ALM is a growing ministry providing confidential, compassionate, biblically-based and Spirit-empowered outpatient counseling for individuals, couples and families.

Areas we serve include - Marriage and family issues, Depression and Anxiety, Trauma, Stress, Addiction, Preventative Marriage and family care through workshops and seminars. ALM also, provide 3-day Marriage Retreats hosted in hotel or the location of your choosing.

The focus of counseling is to help our clients heal and find freedom in order to enjoy the abundant life Christ came to give us. Due to our Holistic approach Abundant Life has become a go-to place for people facing all types of relational, mental, emotional and spiritual challenges.

Our goal is not just behavior change but the inner transformation of each individual so that they can engage in relationship with self, others and God in healthier, more fulfilling and meaningful ways.
