🚨 Introducing the Texas Restore Act (T.R.A.) 🚨

Every Texan deserves the opportunity to move beyond their past and build a brighter future.

The Texas Restore Act is a second-chance initiative designed to remove unnecessary barriers created by old criminal records, expand access to employment, housing, education, and entrepreneurship, and strengthen public safety through successful reintegration.

For too many Texans, a past mistake becomes a lifelong sentence long after they have paid their debt to society. The Texas Restore Act seeks to change that by creating pathways to opportunity, economic mobility, and community stability.

✅ Clear barriers to employment
✅ Strengthen families and communities
✅ Support workforce development and economic growth
✅ Promote public safety through successful reintegration
✅ Restore hope, dignity, and opportunity

When people can work, provide for their families, and contribute to their communities, Texas becomes stronger for everyone.

The Texas Restore Act
Clearing Pasts. Restoring Futures.
Second Chances. New Beginnings.
