Mbonteh Roland is coming to America at the end of January 2024, San Francisco to be more precise. It WOULD MAKE ME VERY HAPPY TO BE ABLE TO GO THERE WHEN HE’s HERE. This video was created two years ago as Roland was about embark on his Masters of Physics journey. As his Masters studies comes to an end, he is now at the next step of his astronomy adventure; coming to America for a mentoring program with one of the finest astronomy groups of the northwest USA, (https://astrosociety.org/)! The Opening Ceremony of Astronomy Club of GBHS Missole' and reception of Astronomy materials on the 20/10/2021 organized by CASRO and the staff of GBHS Missole'. A project supported by IAU Office of Astronomy for Development . The event welcomed various principals in Litoral Region, the traditional chief of Missole' and his cabinets, teachers from other schools and several students. The program was chaired by the SG of CASRO, Dr. Williams Tchaptchet and the Treasurer of CASRO, Dr. Colette. One of the aims of this Astronomy club opened by CASRO is to use Astronomy Outreach to create awareness in STEM and give students the highest level of hunger for knowledge and wisdom to solve the world most challenging problems, and to inspire students and communities at large in the environmental protection, to reduce the outcome of global warming, deforestation etc. We the board members of CASRO teach students with the hope of turning contents into dreams, rocketship and into telescopes to watch out and see their true potentials as stars without acknowledging the nights that surround them. Educational is the key, it has no equalizer!!

Finally another school year will begin in Cameroon at the Bilingual College of Mitoukem in Nkongsamba! Our Teacher, Mbonteh Roland was received very, very well by the students! They are SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HAPPY to have him back teaching, sharing, caring, and showing how Cameroon can become a great nation inside of Africa with the advancement of STEM studies and the exploration of outer space. Let's not forget that we are working our way to the final success which will be when Roland is taken passed the Karman line in a trip to outer space as a space tourist. Roland, along with other English Speaking (Anglophone) teachers have been released from their service at Mitoukem College. There's been a serious crisis going on now for a few years and more.: We will begin to pick up the pieces soon. For Roland, he loses his $60 a month salary. Here’s a new update from Cameroon! The students, the school, the church, the Principle, the Discipline Master, the best in class, shoes, cleats, pens, and pencils!!! Everything we need to keep them excited and moving forward with their education and community growth.

Our goal is to continue to support this school in Nkongsamba, Cameroon in any way we can. Continue to follow and share our posts of good deeds and excellence through good education and motivation.
