RIGHT - Relief in the Congo for God's Children from Human Trafficking

We will hold 2 fundraisers within each
year. RIGHT is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and is a fundraising arm for Building Resilience in the Congo ("BRIC"). BRIC engages in four central activities:

BRIC artists and theatre people sensitize communities and intervene peacefully with militias who have child soldiers, rescuing the children from their midst;

BRIC provides art and music therapy for former child soldiers and abused females to help them heal from trauma;

With assistance from communities, BRIC provides vocational training for former child soldiers and abused females so that they can earn a living and take care of their families; and

BRIC organizes efforts at restorative justice, whereby former child soldiers can give back to impacted communities for the damage they caused. We plan to have a fundraiser 2 times per year:
February/March and August/September. Our current fundraiser on GiveSendGo was planned for February/March 2025 to raise funds necessary to help the citizens of Goma, the city in the Democratic of the Republic of Congo, where the BRIC enclosure is located; the GiveSendGo fundraiser is ongoing while Goma is occupied by the M23 Rebels. We realize that many catastrophes have affected the USA; nonetheless, we would really appreciate any donations you can manage. These people are always looking for their next meal, much less work on BRIC projects.
