Women are often the primary decision makers for a household’s budget, education goals, vacation plans, and healthcare. The needs and desires of family, community and work are a daily priority, while specific needs surrounding personal health and well-being can be overlooked or ignored. The Career Woman’s Challenge (CWC) provides programming and services that equip women to formulate viable plans of action that aide in growth & development. A strategic plan of action serves as an empowerment agent that not only benefits each woman, but ultimately has a positive collective result for the entire family and community.
The mission of Career Woman’s Challenge is to empower individuals with tools that promote valuable lifestyle choices.
The Objectives of this year's conference are:
· To Teach valuable lifestyle choices that bring tangible results
· To Facilitate workshops and conferences as requested by organizations
· To Promote home and community environments that are safe, sanitary and secure
· To Address barriers to communication within the family unit
· To Promote relational, physical, emotional, spiritual and mental health & fitness
· To Encourage community service
· To Develop community partnerships
