Dear Woman,

You are the cycle breaker.

The first to go to therapy.
The first to speak up.
The first to choose peace over chaos.
The first to love differently.

It’s heavy sometimes, isn’t it?

But your healing will echo for generations.

Because of you, little girls will grow up softer.
Because of you, sons will learn emotional safety.
Because of you, trauma stops here.

And that is powerful.

With Love,
Ethels Love Foundation💜

Tag a young queen who needs this 👑

03/20/2026

Dear Young Woman,

You do not have to shrink to be accepted.

Your voice matters.
Your dreams matter.
Your boundaries matter.

You are allowed to outgrow people.
You are allowed to change your mind.
You are allowed to want more.

Do not rush becoming.
There is power in your process.

The world needs the woman you are growing into.

With Love,
Ethels Love Foundation💜

Dear Woman,

What happened to you was not your fault.

Not the childhood wounds.
Not the betrayal.
Not the silence you were forced to keep.

You survived in the only way you knew how.

And now?
Now you get to heal.

Healing is not linear.
Some days you bloom.
Some days you break.

Both are progress.

You are not broken. You are rebuilding.

With Love ,
Ethels Love Foundation 💜

Mental Health Advocate Spotlight

✨ Bebe Moore Campbell✨

Long before mental health conversations became mainstream, she spoke openly about the stigma surrounding mental illness in the Black community.

After supporting a loved one living with mental illness, she became a fierce advocate for education, compassion, and culturally competent care.

Her work helped spark what is now recognized as BIPOC Mental Health Awareness initiatives across the country.

She believed:
Silence fuels stigma.
Conversation fuels healing.

Because of women like her, more families are talking.
More communities are learning.
More people are seeking help.

Her legacy reminds us that advocacy saves lives.

At Ethel’s Love Foundation, we continue the work she helped bring into the light.

Finish this sentence:

“I feel strongest when ______.”

03/06/2026

Dear Woman,

I know you’re tired.

Tired of being strong.
Tired of holding everything together.
Tired of being the safe place for everyone else.

But who holds you?

You are allowed to rest.
You are allowed to say no.
You are allowed to fall apart and rebuild slowly.

Strength is not carrying everything alone.
Strength is knowing when you need support.

You deserve softness too.

With love,
Ethel’s Love Foundation 🤍
