LONE STAR TASK FORCE - Texas Lstf

LONE STAR TASK FORCE - Texas Lstf Founded by Texans to help Texans. We aim to provide professional support and mutual aid to local, state, and federal agencies across the state of Texas.

TEXAS LSTF 501(c)(3) Lone Star Task Force started as a group of like minded Texans from all walks of life who sought to train in team tactics and how to effectively work together in disaster situations, medical triage, weapons training . After three years of training we decided why not utilize the manpower and the resources we have and help the community. We set off to challenge this task. We aim to provide professional support and mutual aid to local , state and federal agencies across the state of Texas.

Successful weekend!

We had a mission. We made a plan and arrived ready to execute it. When circumstances changed, we adapted and overcame. Although the outcome wasn’t exactly what we had hoped for, we completed the mission safely, efficiently, and as a team.

🚒 Community Recovery Update and Request of Needs from the Ingram Volunteer Fire Department 🚒

The incredible support from our community has allowed us to continue helping families recover, and we cannot thank you enough. Every donation, volunteer, and act of kindness has made a difference.

Right now, our greatest need is two Connex storage containers. As donations continue to come in, we need a secure and organized way to store supplies so we can efficiently distribute them to those who need them most. If you or your business can donate one or two Connex boxes, please reach out to us.

Our mission extends far beyond Ingram. We are not only serving families in the Ingram area, but we have also been, and will continue, going door-to-door in Hunt and Kerrville, delivering supplies, checking on residents, and asking what additional needs they may have.

We have also partnered with Christine Pugh, Kerr County Liaison/Coordinator, to help identify and reach families in Center Point, ensuring supplies are getting to those who need them most.

Our station remains open daily from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM for anyone needing supplies or assistance. If you or someone you know is in need, please stop by, call, or send us a message—we are here to help.

Recovery is far from over, but neither is our commitment to this community. Together, we will continue showing up, meeting needs, and supporting one another every step of the way.

We may bend, but we won’t break. ❤️🚒

🚨 CREWS EN ROUTE TO INGRAM, TEXAS 🚨

Today, responders, volunteers, and support teams from across Texas are answering the call to assist the communities of Ingram and Kerr County.

But the work ahead is far from over.

As emergency operations transition into recovery, additional volunteers are urgently needed to help families and communities begin putting their lives back together.

We are looking for volunteers willing to assist with:
🧹 Debris removal
🏠 Home clean-out and cleanup
📦 Sorting and distributing donated supplies
💧 Water, food, and logistical support
🚚 Loading, unloading, and moving equipment
❤️ Community assistance for those affected

Texas has always been strongest when neighbors help neighbors.

This isn’t about one organization—it’s about all of us coming together for the people who need us most. Every truck, every trailer, every volunteer, every donated hour makes a difference.

If you have a willing heart, a strong back, a chainsaw, work gloves, a trailer, supplies, or simply the desire to serve, now is the time.

Ingram and Kerr County need your help.

Please share this post so it reaches those who can answer the call.

One Team. One Mission. Family. Community. Service.

When disaster strikes, patches and department names become secondary to the mission.

Lone Star Task Force is merely a driving force of trained first responders and volunteers who always come together during times of need. Individuals from different departments, organizations, and backgrounds unite as one team, bringing their skills, experience, and resources wherever they are needed.

Over the past several days, our teams have responded across multiple cities throughout the Texas Hill Country, standing shoulder to shoulder with local agencies and neighboring jurisdictions. Whether providing flood and swiftwater resources, logistics, or manpower, every deployment has been guided by the same purpose:

Preserve life. Support our communities. Help our neighbors.

The floodwaters will eventually recede, but the friendships, trust, and respect forged during these operations will last a lifetime. Long days, sleepless nights, shared challenges, and unwavering commitment create bonds that extend far beyond the mission itself.

To every firefighter, EMT, medic, law enforcement officer, volunteer, public works employee, utility crew, and every supporting agency that answered the call—thank you. Your professionalism, sacrifice, and willingness to serve embody the very best of Texas.

One Team. One Mission. Family. Community. Service.

Together, we are stronger. Together, we answer the call. Together, we serve.

Thank you to all participating responding members from

Ingram Fire Department
Albany Volunteer Fire Department
Patton Village Rescue & Emergency Operations
Trinity County 356 Fire Department

As our team returns home from the Texas Hill Country, our thoughts remain with the communities that continue their recovery.

This deployment was a reminder that when disaster strikes, the uniform doesn’t matter—what matters is the commitment to serve. Volunteer Fire Departments, career firefighters, EMS, law enforcement, search and rescue teams, public works crews, and countless responders from across Texas and around the country answer the call without hesitation. They leave their families, put their own lives on hold, and travel wherever they are needed to help complete strangers.

To every Volunteer Fire Department, first responder, and out-of-state resource that deployed to support Texas—thank you. Your willingness to stand beside our communities during their most difficult moments reflects the very best of the emergency services profession. Your sacrifice, professionalism, and teamwork will never go unnoticed.

We are honored to have assisted alongside each of you. Together, we proved once again that no community stands alone when disaster strikes.

Texas Strong. United in Service. Committed to Our Citizens.

One Mission. One Standard. One Texas.

Deploying to Kerr County, Texas

When communities face rising waters, ordinary people step forward to do extraordinary things.

The Lone Star Task Force Water Rescue Team is deploying to Kerr County to assist local responders with flood response, swiftwater rescue, and search operations. Working alongside our public safety partners, our mission is simple: protect lives, support the community, and bring help where it’s needed most.

Please keep the residents of Kerr County, all responding agencies, and every volunteer in your thoughts and prayers as operations continue. Stay clear of impacted areas, follow the directions of local officials, and allow emergency personnel the space they need to work safely.

One Team. One Mission. Serving Our Neighbors.
