Day 41 Disaster Relief

By now many of you have seen the news that parts of Western North Carolina are dealing with extreme flooding. Roads are being washed away, and many homes are damaged, with more rain on the way. Lists of needs are starting to come in, so we are asking that you prayerfully consider helping provide some of the items listed below.

-Fans
-Power cords
-Dehumidifiers
-Rubber gloves
-Buckets
-Cleaning Supplies
-Non-perishable foods
-Canned meat
-Bottled water/jugged water

The lists of needs are growing, so we will adjust this as things change.

Headed back to Ohio from Green Mountain where we just dropped off two trailers full of supplies for Western North Carolina! It was so good to see our WNC family - Colton, Lizzy, their beautiful kids, Sarah, Devin, and Papaw! We also want to thank Bruce and Gayle Denen for hauling a second trailer for us today, and helping us unload!
The Hands of Christ Ministry donated a generous amount of supplies, and Immaculate Concept Cleaning allowed us to borrow a second trailer to haul bottled water and other much needed supplies for the Green Mountain community and surrounding areas. There are so many that are part of our team who have donated, prayed for us, given financially, and volunteered. The LORD has lined it all up, and we couldn’t do it without His blessing, and our brothers and sisters in Christ!

WNC bound!
Our team hit the road around 4:30am. We’re hauling two trailers full of relief supplies to help restock the shelves at CRI. Thank you to the Hands of Christ ministry in Washington Court House, Ohio for always helping fill the needs for the Green Mountain community! And a huge thank you to Immaculate Concept Cleaning for loaning us a second trailer! We couldn’t do this without you!

We will be rescheduling our supply run to WNC (originally planned for today) to Apr 25.

We want to thank Hands of Christ for stocking our 20x8 red trailer with food, beverages, diapers and cleaning supplies! Everything in the photos was provided by their ministry!

We will be in communication with our friends at CRI, Appalachian Navy WNC and Operation Mountain Relief about current needs as the date draws closer and, with the Lord's blessing, seek to load a second trailer with additional supplies.

We miss everyone in WNC and can't wait to be back down in a couple of weeks! We appreciate all the help and support from our church family and friends here in Southern Ohio! Everyone who contributes and prays is a part of our team and we thank the Lord for providing us with such generous support from all of you!

We are excited to announce a planned relief supply run to CRI in a couple weeks on April 11.

Please keep Green Mountain and Poplar in your prayers as they monitor the wildfire in the area. Please also pray Psalm 91 protection over our firefighters and first responders.

Absolutely devastating. Please lift this community up in prayer.

Damage from the tornado in Union City Michigan. Please be in prayer for the families of the four lives lost and all those injured and no home to return to.
