HSARTL participates in multiple community activities such as:
* Annual Candlelight Vigil on the anniversary of the Roe vs. Wade decision.
* Hosts adoption awareness events
* Adoption Assistance Grant Program
* Fundraising events to benefit the Black Hills Pregnancy Center
* Raise awareness through community events such as the Spring Fling, 4th of July and holiday parades.
