We were excited to partner with The No Name Gang this year to sponsor some campers that spent a week in central Wisconsin learning some advanced trapping techniques and skills. Our chapter chair and regional director were able to make a short visit and discuss the importance of trapping in regard to duck production. Thank you to all of their volunteers and instructors for all of their hard work paving the way for future generations of conservationists!

Drumroll please…….. WE ARE MOVING!

The secret is out and we are buzzing with excitement! Our new home is officially built on Highway 15 in Greenville, right across from Riesterer & Schnell. If you driven by the big red barn-looking building… yep that’s us!

We don’t have an official opening date just yet…but trust us the countdown has begun. We’ll keep you posted as we get ready to open our doors.

And with that our 2026 banquet has concluded. We thank everyone who came out to celebrate waterfowl conservation with us. The evening would not have been possible without our title sponsor, Schmalz Custom Landscaping & Garden Center, Inc. and our general raffle sponsor Lake and Pond Solutions LLC. We gave away a lot of fantastic prizes, had some good laughs, and raised some funds along for some excellent duck work along the way. To everyone that attended, donated, sponsored, volunteered, and contributed in anyway, thank you so so much. If anyone is interested in the youth trapper course we discussed last night, please reach out and I can reserve you a spot.

Our prayers go out to all of those affected by the flooding in our corner of the state. Shiocton, New London, Muckwa, and all of those along The Wolf, our hearts go out to all the families and businesses displaced.
