Facebook just asked me what we've been up to. The answer is... A LOT! :) We aren't doing any farmers markets right now, but we are working on our own excellent garden space, and thinking about putting together a small CSA in the spring.

Looking forward to this lecture tonight at Willamette University. Local food to the rescue! Joel Salatin is inspiring, his talk is free - come check it out!

Hi, sustainably minded friends! We're looking into building a "green" straw bale house in Yamhill county. Our vision is to turn it into a community project, so that volunteers can come and trade their time and efforts for some good strong green-building knowledge, workshop-style. Please let me know if this is something you would like to participate in or if you have relevant contacts in the area that could provide further knowledge or materials. Stay tuned!

The good news is: we are working on getting our kitchen licensed through the Department of Agriculture! The bad news is: this process will take at least a few weeks, and in the meantime we are unable to sell our products. Please feel free to message us if you absolutely can't live without your kombucha and sprouts and I'm sure we can work something out. ;o)

We love Kombucha in our home, so much that we drink it every day and several times a day! We even purchased a 5 gallon tub from a brewery so that we can have an abundant supply of our magic elixer....
