Every child deserves the opportunity to play, learn, grow, and chase their dreams.

Named in honor of Hawaiʻi's own Shane "The Flyin' Hawaiian" Victorino, our program carries forward the values of hard work, humility, perseverance, teamwork, and pride in representing Hawaiʻi, values that helped define Shane's Major League career.

Founder and Head Coach Michael Victorino Jr. established Flyin Hawaiian Baseball 808 with a simple vision: to create opportunities for every child to develop as an athlete, a leader, and a person of character, while showing that children from Hawaiʻi can achieve extraordinary things.

Our mission is to provide a positive, safe, and inclusive environment where young athletes develop not only their baseball skills, but also the confidence, leadership, discipline, sportsmanship, and respect that will serve them throughout their lives.

When our players wear Flyin Hawaiian across their chest, they represent more than a baseball team; they represent their families, their community, the State of Hawaiʻi, and the spirit of aloha.
