We could use some extra hands at The Pantry this October! 💚

Our distribution support shifts on October 9, 14, 16, 21, and 23 have lots of openings. Bring a friend, family member, team, or group and come serve our community with us.

AM shifts run 8:30 AM–12:00 PM, and PM shifts run 11:30 AM–2:00 PM. Check the flyer for the available Inside and Outside spots on each date.

🍽️💚 Calling all Pantry volunteers! Our Volunteer Potluck Lunch is happening THIS THURSDAY, September 24th! 🎉

Join us from 12–1 PM for good food, lots of laughter, and a chance to celebrate the amazing volunteers who make our mission possible. 🥰

Bring a favorite dish to share—pupu/appetizer, main dish, or side dish—and come enjoy some time together outside of our usual volunteer shifts!

Time is one of the most valuable things we can give. 💙

That is why we are especially grateful for companies like Servco that make space in their busy schedules for their employees to step away from their day to day work and give back to the community we all call home.

Yesterday, the Servco team joined our volunteers for a very busy distribution day at The Pantry. With just 52 mighty volunteers throughout the day, compared to the roughly 80 we typically need, together they helped us provide fresh, healthy groceries to more than 600 households and 1,500 individuals.

They could have spent their time anywhere, and we are grateful they chose to spend it with us.

Mahalo, Servco, for showing up, jumping right in, and helping us care for our community. We loved having your team alongside us and hope to welcome you back again soon! 💙🌱

We are so grateful for our incredible partners at CARES Waiawa, formerly known as the Urban Garden Center (UGC), a facility of the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa’s College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resilience (CTAHR) 💛🌱

Each week, our volunteers head to CARES Waiawa on Mondays and Tuesdays to help harvest fresh, locally grown produce. 🌿🥬🍅 That produce then comes right back to The Pantry, where we’re able to provide it to our clients during the very next distribution!

There’s something so special about seeing these beautiful, bright, colorful fruits and vegetables come through our doors. 🌈 Our clients truly love and appreciate having access to fresh, local food, and it always brings a smile to everyone’s faces!

Mahalo nui loa to the CARES Waiawa team for everything you do and for the incredible partnership you’ve maintained with us throughout the years. We are so grateful for the opportunity to work alongside you and help bring fresh, locally grown produce directly to our community. 💚

What happens when you put the Paxca team to work at The Pantry? A LOT gets done! 💪🌱

We loved having the Pacxa team join us on Friday, jumping right in to help us serve more than 700 families in a single day!

Days like these take a tremendous amount of teamwork, and having groups like Pacxa show up ready to work makes all the difference. We love seeing local companies bring their teams together to spend time giving back to the community we all call home.

Mahalo, Pacxa, for the energy, the hard work, and the many extra hands today. We loved having you with us and hope to see you back soon! 💙
