What happens when you put the Paxca team to work at The Pantry? A LOT gets done! 💪🌱

We loved having the Pacxa team join us on Friday, jumping right in to help us serve more than 700 families in a single day!

Days like these take a tremendous amount of teamwork, and having groups like Pacxa show up ready to work makes all the difference. We love seeing local companies bring their teams together to spend time giving back to the community we all call home.

Whether you’ve been directly affected by the hurricane or you’re simply having a difficult time putting food on the table, we’re here for you. The Pantry by Feeding Hawaiʻi Together provides free food assistance to households in our community.

It was wonderful to join the Impact Panel at Wednesday’s Workplace Giving Campaign Kickoff and share how workplace giving translates into real impact for families across our community.

At The Pantry, that support helps us provide fresh, healthy food to more than 1,200 local families every week. Workplace giving is an easy way to make a difference throughout the year, and those individual gifts add up to an incredible amount of support for organizations serving Hawaiʻi.

🌟 Volunteer Spotlight: Thank You, Ed! 🌟

At The Pantry, we’re incredibly blessed by the people who choose to serve our community—and today we’re celebrating one of our very best.

Ed Treschuk has become such a vital part of The Pantry family. No matter where help is needed, Ed is always ready to step in with a smile, a servant’s heart, and an incredible work ethic. Whether he’s managing traffic control, double-checking orders to ensure our clients receive exactly what they need, or jumping in to help wherever the day takes him, he does it all with genuine kindness, joy, and compassion.

Our clients, volunteers, and staff are all better because of Ed’s dedication. His positive attitude and willingness to serve make a lasting impact every single week, and we truly couldn’t do what we do without amazing volunteers like him.

Along with fresh, nutritious food, we occasionally provide essential items like emergency supply kits, diapers, feminine hygiene products, and dental care items—all thanks to the incredible generosity of our community partners and donors.

These items aren’t always available, so be sure to check our online shopping portal when placing your order. If they’re in stock, they’re available at no cost to our clients.
