💙 🩵PTSD Awareness: It’s OK NOT to Be OK! 💙🩵
PTSD Awareness Day June 27……

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is an invisible battle that many people fight every day. It can affect anyone who has experienced or witnessed a traumatic event. Healing isn’t always easy, and everyone’s journey looks different.

Today, let’s choose compassion over judgment, understanding over assumptions, and support over silence. A kind word, a listening ear, or simply reminding someone they are not alone can make a world of difference.

If you or someone you know is struggling, remember: It’s OK to ask for help. It’s OK to take your time. And most importantly, it’s OK NOT to be OK. 💙

Together, we can break the stigma surrounding mental health and encourage healing, hope, and resilience.

Juneteenth, celebrated on June 19, commemorates the day in 1865 when enslaved African Americans in Galveston, Texas, learned they were free—more than two years after the Emancipation Proclamation was issued. It is a day to honor freedom, reflect on history, celebrate African American culture, and recognize the continued pursuit of equality and justice.
