Father, thank You for Your restoring grace and mercy. Thank You that You welcome me back and renew my purpose. I declare that I will walk closely with You and serve You faithfully. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

This is obviously not an instruction of literally finding snakes and scorpions and literally stomping on them. This is authority to do so is given by The Lord Jesus to believers to overcome our real enemies in the spiritual realm by His Blood and through His Name.
