Right now, young Jewish women in our own community are fighting battles most people never see.

Trauma. Depression. Suicidal thoughts. Abuse. Isolation.

Many have nowhere safe to turn.

At Yacholet, women receive more than a place to stay. They receive trauma-informed care, a therapeutic home, and the support they need to rebuild their lives with dignity, hope, and purpose.

🌿 Equine Therapy at Yacholet

There is something deeply regulating about standing beside a horse.
Their presence invites stillness, awareness, and trust—without words.

Equine therapy offers our women a chance to reconnect with their bodies, practice emotional regulation, and experience safe connection in a natural setting.

Healing doesn’t always happen in a room.
Sometimes it happens in a barn. 🐎💛

At Yacholet, we believe that every woman deserves a safe space to exist, to heal, and to be held with care. A place where her voice matters, her story is honored, and her inner light can slowly begin to shine again.
