A new report confirms what Parent to Parent USA has long known: peer support is crucial for families of children with special health care needs.

Key findings:
➡️68% of caregivers felt more confident in caring for their child after receiving peer support
➡️54% found it easier to advocate for their child's needs
➡️47% reported feeling less stressed

Georgia has quietly become one of the most interesting states in the tiny house movement. It adopted Appendix S into its state building code back in 2017 — making 400 sq ft homes on permanent foundations fully legal — and individual cities like Clarkston have written cottage-court ordinances that pull builders in. The result is 8 different established communities, from the Atlanta metro to the Blue Ridge mountains.
