This Thanksgiving we’re thankful for the mid‑block crosswalk on 40th Street being IMPROVED rather than removed. Thank you to everyone in the community who left supportive comments, and to the members of the City Council who urged city staff to pursue a better solution!

MASSIVE shoutout to for purchasing and placing these bike racks throughout Holland!! Strong Towns Holland worked with the city to get the civic center and parking garages approved for bike racks, and did the community a huge service by getting them out there!

If you have a child who isn’t in Velo Kids programming you should check them out. They teach kids how to ride bikes, or if your kid already knows how, It’s a great way to help your child build confidence and make friends💪
