Oma wants to be your lil Boo thang for Halloween 🎃 🐾
If you’re looking for a fun-loving, always-ready-for-adventure sidekick, Oma is your girl! This 4-month-old terrier mix weighs about 20 pounds now and is expected to grow into a beautiful ~40lb adult.

Oma came to rescue with 19 other dogs from an overcrowded shelter, but you’d never know she had a rough start! She greets everyone with a wagging tail and an enthusiastic zest for life! This sweet, spirited pup loves making friends and would thrive with another playful dog who can match her energy while also helping teach her when playtime is over. She’s being fostered with an older dog who simply can’t keep up with her energy and playful antics.

Like any young puppy, Oma is still learning her manners. She’s currently working on leash training, house breaking, and would do best with older children who can appreciate her bouncy puppy enthusiasm.

One of Oma’s favorite things in the world? TOYS! Give this girl a basket full of toys and she’s in heaven. They’re also great for keeping her entertained while the humans take a well-earned break.

Because she’s an active, energetic youngster, Oma would love a home with a fully fenced yard where she can safely run, play, and burn off some of that puppy energy. Cats are probably not her thing, as her playful enthusiasm would likely be a bit much for a feline friend.
Oma is spayed, up-to-date on vaccinations, microchipped, and ready to find a new foster home or, even better, her forever family! If you’re searching for a happy, affectionate, fun-filled companion who will keep you smiling every day, Oma is ready to steal your heart!

Foster or foster to adopt.
Choco is a six year-old chocolate lab. He is neutered. He is up-to-date on all of his shots and he is on heartworm preventative.

He is completely house trained, and crate trained.

He walks well on a leash and he knows sit and down.

He has been an only dog, but he’s been around other dogs that are low-key and he’s fine.

He’s also kid friendly

Oma, 3.5 month-old, female mixed breed, currently ~15lbs, medium (45lbs?) when fully grown

Any special medical 🏥 needs?: needs to be spayed

Dog 🐶 friendly?: yes! Any canine friends should be ready to play, play, play, and play some more!

Cat 🐱 friendly?: untested but would probably be ok with a cat who’ll stand up to her antics

Kid friendly?: older kids only, she’s in her baby shark era

House 🏠 broken?: great for her age! Will have an accident if she’s playing & drinking a lot and not kept on a potty schedule, but she knows to do her business outside when you take her and will sit nicely for a treat after

Crate trained?: awesome in her crate overnight, doesn’t make a p*ep or potty. When she can’t have free roam she’s got a pen attached to her crate and keeps herself busy with toys

Leash trained?: will need work. She’s small and not fully vaccinated, foster home has a fenced yard so she’s not had a need for much leash walking

Travel well in the 🚗?: yes!

Energy level (on a scale of 1-10, 1 being total couch 🥔, 10 the energizer 🐰): definitely a 10. When given free roam she’s zooming around from toy to toy or dog to dog to see who will play. When she’s too much for everyone else, she gets put in her pen and occupies herself

Fenced yard required?: not required, but definitely preferred. Being able to run around freely will definitely help with her higher energy.

Ideal family dynamic/living situation: another playful dog in her home would be great, no small kids at this time. Anyone who’s home more often than not, willing to help her get her energy needs met, and will be patient teaching her some basic obedience

Favorite toys 🧸 🎾 and activities: anything and everything. This girl is loving life and every toy (or things she thinks are toys)

Anything special about your foster pup that would make them stand out: lots of personality packed in a pint sized body. She will absolutely keep you on your toes and laughing.

Any special medical 🏥 needs?: None

Dog 🐶 friendly?: Yes

Cat 🐱 friendly?: Unknown

Kid friendly?: Yes

House 🏠 broken?: We are still working on it. She does really well using the p*e pads inside when she doesn’t make it outside in time. We take her outside often, but she hasn’t quite learned how to let us know when she needs to go potty yet. She’s still learning, but she’s doing a good job!

Crate trained?: Yes she does really well in the crate. She sleeps in the crate with the door closed at night. She goes right to sleep with no whining. During the day we leave the door open and she will go right in the crate on her own to nap. If she doesn’t already fall asleep on the couch or with her people

Leash trained?: Yes

Travel well in the 🚗?:  great!

Energy level (on a scale of 1-10, 1 being total couch 🥔, 10 the energizer 🐰): 8 She has lots of typical puppy energy to expend

Fenced yard required?: Yes! Paloma is a puppy and loves to run and play

Ideal family dynamic/living situation: Someone should be home a good bit throughout the day. She has too much puppy energy to burn off to be in a crate all day. A home with older kids would also be good. She jumped up on our 3 yr old grandson and that scared him. But our 6 yr old grandson she did great with.

Favorite toys 🧸 🎾 and activities: She loves toys. Squeaking and rope toys. Chew bones (she’s a chewer)

Anything special about your foster pup that would make them stand out: Paloma is VERY playful and energetic  She loves people and other pups. She is very lovable and happy.  Paloma loves kisses, will give you her paw.  Should definitely be supervised as any puppy has the potential to get into things they shouldn’t!

Kid friendly?:  yes!  She’d love some respectful, dog savvy kids

House 🏠 broken?: working on it. She’s doing pretty well.

Crate trained?:  yes.

Leash trained?:  yes.

Travel well in the 🚗?:  work in progress

Energy level (on a scale of 1-10, 1 being total couch 🥔, 10 the energizer 🐰):  4 or 5.  Pretty chill for a young dog

Fenced yard required?: not required but preferred

Ideal family dynamic/living situation: laid back dog. Would do well with any one who has time to play, cuddle, and continue training her

Dog 🐶 friendly?: yes, he’d love a canine partner in crime

Cat 🐱 friendly?: yes!

Kid friendly?: yes, but he can be shy at first so older, dog savvy kids who will respect his space & feelings are preferred

House 🏠 broken?: doing well! Consistency will be the key to his success

Crate trained?: he’s a pro!

Leash trained?: work in progress

Travel well in the 🚗?: yes!

Energy level (on a scale of 1-10, 1 being total couch 🥔, 10 the energizer 🐰): about a 6, wants to play and run around like a typical puppy, but can also entertain himself with a toy once that energy has been expended. He’s a snuggle bug once he’s tired himself out.

Fenced yard required?: not required but preferred.

Ideal family dynamic/living situation: Juice will thrive with any owner/family who is patient, loving, and will continue working on basic training and play with him

Favorite toys 🧸 🎾 and activities: loves toys, will go along with whatever his companions are doing
