Two of The H Life volunteers are at Su***de Prevention walk this morning, one will be volunteering at the ride directly after.

Su***de Prevention month and Childhood Cancer Awareness month are both in September amd very much related.

The emotional stress of a child's cancer diagnosis is very heavy. Please take a moment today to pray for those struggling, to send a positive note amd as always a random act of kindness that makes someone smile, even if it's YOU. You matter.

This ride is important because we are able to take some financial stress and give emotional support to many with your help.
