Colonial Inn Preservation Association Non-profit organization dedicated to preserving the historic Colonial Inn of Hillsborough for future Pledges offered will be entirely refunded to the donor.

The Colonial Inn Preservation Association is dedicated to preserving for future generations the historic Colonial Inn property in Hillsborough, NC. We are in active negotiations with the current owner to find a way forward. Our goal is to purchase the property, then properly historically preserve the property. This will be an expensive endeavor and we are raising money to this end. All donated mon

ies raised will go to preserving the property, no-one in the association draws a salary, fees, etc... Should we completely fail in contracting with the owner to acquire the property, any donated amounts raised will be donated to historic preservation in Hillsborough in general.
