Brian Sorum was a 2001 HHS graduate who went into Law Enforcement and became a Deputy Sheriff. We are proud to award the Brian Sorum Memorial Scholarship to Lola Sorum. Lola will attend school in the fall to pursue a degree in nursing. Thank you to the Sorum family and Congratulations Lola!

Prior to our current HCV Booster Club, the Hillsboro Activities Booster Club provided support to students involved in academic and extracurricular activities at HHS. Carissa Olsen was one of the original HABC board members. This year, we present Kennedy Olsen with a $250 scholarship. Throughout high school, Kennedy has been involved in volleyball, basketball, track, FBLA, and choir. Congratulations Kennedy and good luck next year at NDSU!

The Bank of North Dakota generously provided funding for Dollars for Scholars programs. The Hillsboro Chapter was able to use these funds towards a $500 scholarship for a graduating senior. Congratulations to Cole Huckins! He plans to attend Lake Region in East Grand Forks for criminal justice. Best wishes on a bright future, Cole!

Sanford Hillsboro has been incredibly generous to the Hillsboro community over the years. They continue to support our community by providing a $1,000 scholarship donation to a graduating senior. Preference is given to a child of a Sanford employee or those seeking a degree in the medical field. Thank you to Melissa Mostad and Jenny Jacobson for helping us to congratulate Lola Sorum. The Halstad Telephone Company provides two $1,000 scholarships to Hillsboro High School seniors. This year's recipients are Lex Ellingson & Jack Huckins.
