Please join us for a Community Wellness & Safety Workshop at Brook Presbyterian Church.

Su***de prevention is about more than recognizing a crisis. It’s also about knowing what we can do when we’re concerned about someone we love.

This free community workshop will share practical wellness and suicide-prevention tools for individuals, families, and loved ones, including ways to make the home safer during times of emotional distress or crisis. We’ll talk about medication safety, secure fi***rm storage, recognizing warning signs, creating time and distance from potentially lethal means, and how family members and friends can help someone they’re concerned about.

This is a welcoming, non-judgmental conversation focused on wellness, prevention, safety, and protecting life.
